ST. LOUIS – According to Missouri statutes, "Headlamps, when lighted, shall exhibit lights substantially white in color." This is a verbatim excerpt from Missouri law concerning motor vehicles. Headlights are typically mandated during periods of reduced visibility to encourage safe driving practices. However, they must be exclusively white. While cars are originally equipped with white headlights, custom UV headlights represent aftermarket modifications. The only exception to the rule pertains to school buses, which are allowed to have headlights of any color when used for school purposes, and emergency vehicles on any street or public highway. The primary function of headlights on a vehicle is to provide light for the driver during low-light conditions, such as nighttime or inclement weather (e.g., fog, rain, or snow). They significantly...Grant's Farm seeks more mural submissions for Tiergarten façade

As the Broncos defense over the past eight games has transformed into one of the NFL’s best, its faced all types of offenses. The rugged, run-heavy Cleveland Browns. By Lindsay Whitehurst and Alanna Durkin Richer | Associated PressWASHINGTON — A jury awarded $148 million in damages on Friday to two former Georgia election workers who sued Rudy Giuliani for defamation over lies he spread about them in 2020 that upended their lives with racist threats and harassment. The damages verdict follows emotional testimony from Wandrea “Shaye” Moss and her mother, Ruby Freeman, who tearfully described becoming the target of a false conspiracy theory pushed by Giuliani and other Republicans as they tried to keep then-President Donald Trump in power after he lost the 2020 election. There was an audible gasp in the courtroom when the jury foreperson read aloud the $75 million award in punitive damages for the women.
